Emmanuel Ihanimo
Founder & Director
With over 20 years’ experience in accounting and practical small‑business management, Emmanuel is a trusted adviser to the small‑business community.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance) from Curtin University and has practised in public accounting since 2005. A full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, New Zealand, and a Registered Tax Agent since 2009, Emmanuel combines strong technical expertise with commercial insight.
He provides clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances, quickly earning their confidence. He follows up with concise action plans and realistic timelines, ensuring clients understand next steps and feel supported. He anticipates potential complications, offers alternative options, and explains the tax and compliance implications in plain language. His timely communication and transparent fee structure remove uncertainty, while regular progress updates and thorough documentation build long-term trust and encourage client referrals.
Daniel Fonseca
Senior Accountant
Daniel has 15+ years in finance and accounting at firms including KPMG, DJ Carmichael and ANZ Financial Planning. He manages ASIC corporate secretarial services, supports individuals and small businesses with annual tax compliance, and is completing his CA. Experienced with Xero, Winward, MyProsperity, Spotlight, Fathom and QuickBooks, Daniel helps clients set up accounts and use features on our client wealth portal.
Daniel also provides proactive bookkeeping oversight, cashflow forecasting and tailored financial reporting to help clients make informed decisions. He advises on tax planning strategies, BAS preparation and lodgement, and assists with business structuring and ASIC compliance matters.
Known for clear communication and practical training, Daniel delivers hands-on support to streamline processes, improve efficiency and maximise tax outcomes for both growing businesses and personal clients.
Leanne Tinsley
Bookkeeper
Leanne has been supporting our clients through provision of payroll and bookkeeping services since 2017. She is able to adapt to different environments easily and has experience in Administration duties which she has applied in her role providing support to small businesses.
With excellent attention to detail and advanced computer skills she is skilled in both Microsoft and Apple systems. She has worked with clients on a number of different bookkeeping platforms including Xero, Hubdocs.
Leanne is a fast learner and enjoys new challenges, which she has proven time and time again — there is no admin or bookkeeping task too difficult for her to complete. She approaches each task with meticulous attention to detail, adapts quickly to new systems and processes, and consistently delivers accurate, timely results. Her proactive attitude, strong organisational skills and calm problem-solving under pressure make her a reliable asset to any team. Beyond technical competence, Leanne communicates clearly with colleagues and clients, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service.

Rinta Joseph
Bookkeeper
Rinta is the newest member of our team, with experience working with Xero and MYOB. She has worked across diverse industries, including cafes, healthcare/medical, software application services, and the manufacturing industry.
With her comprehensive knowledge, she is well-versed in utilizing the software for various functions, including generating detailed reports, preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS), and managing payroll. Her experience across these different sectors has given her a broad understanding of how to tailor the features of accounting/bookkeeping software to meet specific business needs.
She also advises on best-practice workflows, sets up controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance, and trains staff to use systems efficiently. By staying current with software updates and regulatory changes, she helps businesses streamline processes, reduce errors, and make better-informed financial decisions.
